It’s frustrating when, in the middle of class, something stops working, you forget where to go online, or a student has trouble logging in to a computer. Luckily, Istation’s technical support team is there to assist you in your time of need!
Today, Bryan Cassidy, Istation’s technical support manager, shares his answers to the questions most commonly asked by customers in 2016.
- How do I log in to the Istation website and app?
Students: The teacher will provide students with login information. Students will need both their username and password to access the instructional content.
Teachers/Managers: If you are a teacher or administrator, you can visit this website to view student reports and to manage classrooms. For more information about logging in, watch the Getting Started: Educator Login video located on our Quick Tips and FAQs Web page.
- One of my students is getting an Already Logged In error message. What should I do?
Call Istation’s technical support team at (866) 883-7323, option 2, and have the student’s ID number (not their login information) ready. The support team can log the student out, and the student should be able to log back in immediately.
- How do I run reports, and what do the report elements mean?
